Thinking about getting one of these machines. What do you all think, either a new 2006 or a lightly used 2005 for sale. Its so hard to buy this stuff used because 9/10 its been beaten to hell even if they say it was used once! Should I just get a new one so it will last me forever?

And yes I would get the black model to match the Z!

Too slow and gearing is no good for trail riding. I got a 2005 Raptor 660 great low end grund and it will get up and move too (135 KPH). I can go most places a 4x4 can as long as it ain't waist deep mud or a trail that been dug down to deep for my axles. I gained a tooth up front and put 2 Inch bigger tires on the back for better clearance(bear claws).
