Yep, I remember seeing Skidboot on that Show when he won the grand prize... What a great story.

You know, If Skidboot was a human, he probably would have gotten famous, turned his back on David, falling into the typical ''Hollywood Star Syndrome'', forgetting who helped get him there, drugs, booze etc. and just threw his life away...Catch my drift?

I don't know if you guys are like me, but I usually do not trust people who do not love dogs. It's almost like God's little test.

I follow a slightly different credo:

"I don't trust people that dogs don't like."

For that matter, I don't trust people that ANY animal doesn't like...they're a lot smarter than we are at reading a person's character.

I completely agree. Dogs are VERY good at "sensing" good people and bad people. When my dog meets new people, he normally brings them one of his favorite toys and wants to play. But, if he senses they are not a good person, his ears will stay back, his tail stays low and doesn't wag, and he keeps looking over at me as if to say...... "Dad, this dude doesn't love dogs!"
