    1998 Polaris XC600 Indy. 1200 miles on the odo. I'm really looking forward to riding it this winter.

      My brother in law has the same sled, one year newer. He's had it up over 110 mph. I'm not that gutsy. To me, 60 feels really fast on the snow.

        My brother in law has the same sled, one year newer. He's had it up over 110 mph. I'm not that gutsy. To me, 60 feels really fast on the snow.

          i raced atv's for years in wash state and texas and have ridding snowmobiles in wash state as well...they are a hoot.... just be carefull... branches have a way of appearing out of nowhere... so do boulders.

            I wish we got enough snow here to need one. We get around 3 inches of fine fine stuff if that most of the time we just get a cold drizzle.

              And a guy living in Georgia would know!
              I've ridden jet skis, four wheelers, motorcycles, etc... I dont know why, but the snowmobile gives me the best thrill ride. I think it's because my ass is so close to the ground and it feels slightly unstable.

                  Niceeee, have fun with that thing! I wanted to buy one for this winter but ended up getting a newer yamaha warrior. Any how, snowmobiles are great and very fast, even the old ones that I ride at work are really fast, and there from the 70's!!!!
