Whats wrong with ppl?

i was leave work a few mins ago when my boss comes out and said East St. has been closed cause some person walked into the hospital dropped a box and said it was a bomb and left. what is wrong? the whole place is a mess, i have to go past east st to get to my house and i had to pull over, and a cop escorted me past it so i can get home. thank god for back roads
