Im new to the Muscle Car World ok.........and that was a GREAT history lesson. I was thinking about buying the new Camaro when it comes out (a Z) since I graduate spring 08. But to tell you the truth I never 100% liked the design. Now after seeing that film, I am determined to drop an 8 into my current F-body...understanding that yes, it requires time, money, and a crapload of new parts....but it would be wayyyyyyyyyyy worth it!

Mat Murphy is an old friend of Mary and me. he's the one that set up the "after the end of the model year" purchase of our 97 Hawk... he was slp's eastern rep at the time. he met at my dealers in 98 with the prototype lt4 hawk..and offered to sell it to us... SteelKnight ended up buying it...we just couldnt afford another f body at that time.....already having two. some of yall may remember that.
