Just thought it was time I started a healthy debate. Here's an article I came across. Read it and give your opinions. I'll start with mine. My first recation was that it was a dumb-a$$ way to run a criminal justice program, but the more I think about it, the more I think it might be a good idea for those that were not convicted of violent crimes. Obviously, some criminals just need to be away, to protect society. But for those that may be convicted of drug crimes, or non-violent property crimes, this could be a good way to go. It seems to be working so far.
