Do you believe there's a cure for AIDS/HIV?

I'm starting to wonder. Magic Johnson's case of HIV happened to disappear. He's a wealthy man.

Now, Tommy Morrison's case of HIV has gone away as well. It really makes you wonder if there is a cure.

I'm not big on conspiracy's, but it's simple business for them. The longer you're sick, the more money you make. So they'll keep selling you drugs until the HIV or AIDS takes your life. But if you're extremely wealthy, who's to say you can't inquire about a cure and spend a lot of dough on a cure?

Do I think there is a cure: No

Do I think that the virus and human body are mutating: Without a doubt

Imagine the virus like a lock and key. The virus is the key, and your cells are the keyhole. There are at least two well documented cases where the virus (key) did not fit the connectors that are on the cells. Hence the virus cannot attack the human and damage the body's cells (simply cannot attach). The virus is in their system still however, cannot damage it. The human with AIDS-HIV can still transmit it.

Its going to take a miracle of science to understand what happened in Morrison's and Johnson's bodies. Maybe their bodies just learned how to deal with the virus or possibly like cancer went into remission.

It must be well understood that this virus is a GLOBAL THREAT. It is now and will be much larger in 20+ years. Science is getting better and keep in mind, compared to other diseases and their relative dates of orgin, this is a new disease. They have been playing catch-up since the start. It cant be cured but science can create a much better way of treating it with time.
