    2007..

    ok. snowed in. so did some stairmaster and free weights in the basement. wife comes down to throw a load in the dryer... say's "lets get a picture of you now..we don't have one since you turned 60...in fact, the latest was that hulk costume thing at work last Halloween... "...so she grabs the camera and says..."now..act like you love me"...

    so at the risk of flames... . here i am.. 8 lbs heavier than the last pic... dried up old surfer from too much wind, salt and sun... older than dirt......... but.........

    stay on it folks.......work out... get exercise....... it may not help your face, LOL... but it will help everything else!!!

        thanks guys. i have worked hard the last 5 years. and you two guys saw me before i got this cut....long before... so you can relate to what i've been going thru...LOL

                      I gotta give it to ya, Ken. You look amazing for your age. I bet you're in more shape than most of the guys at your gym who've probably been going there for years. I see it all the time at mine. The same people with the same bodies for years. Nothing changes on them. Makes you wonder why they're even there. But, hey, it's better to be there than on your couch eating junk food, watching TV and being just another statistic.
