  • What a ride it's been...

All I can say is wow... Never been through so much training in my life. I've been so busy with my career it's unbelievable. I've learned so much & also knew a little before I got started (through my studies in college), but NOTHING; no book can prepare you for what's out there on the street. Basically, the academy tought me how to survive out there.
The academy was one of the best experiences of my life. I told myself if I could do it again at 18 I would go straight to the Marines, but boy, was this close enough... You basically have guys who get paid to yell at you. Even if you do everything by the book. Don't matter. They break you down and build you back up. I gained 27 pounds while I was there but lost at least 12 since I've came back due to a heavy workload and no time to workout anymore.

I haven't forgotten about you guys. See some new faces and famaliar ones. Still got my car.. Haven't driven it in almost 8 months and with this weather it looks like it's going to be a little longer too. Actually, I tried starting it yesterday for the first time and I found out my battery's dead.

Other than that same 'ol me. I don't deejay anymore. Haven't picked up a CD in almost a year. I just don't have time any more and I'm pretty much retired now that I'm a full-time police officer.

      yes ossifer?

      welcome back!

just want to express my appreciation for those of you who stand between us and chaos, putting yourself in danger so that we are not. I admire those who are called to protect and serve.

Thank you for the warm responses, everyone.

Im working 12 - 14 hour shifts 3 days on 2 days off and I absolutely love it.

LoL about my car. I wouldn't even bring it near the station. They see my tinted windows & no front plates they would hang me. I'm going to take them off this Spring. It's just doesn't feel right anymore if you know what I mean..

Oh, and Wolfdogs? When did this happen? Wolfman all the way!
