Yeah we just started the paperwork for a brand new house. Up in Bakersfield California. Its about 2 hours from LA but its brand spankin new. 2 Story,4 bed and 2.5 bath. Extremely cheap too. It was listed for only $265,000. Thats Dirty cheap. The build is going to be done in Augest.
