spent the day in Ruckersville VA at IIHS. complete tour and witness a 40mph left frontal impact crash test on a Nissan Xterra. tell yall what, when you see that under controlled conditions, in a huge lit room ....and silence is there when it happens..the impact of the crash sends shivers through your body. the facility was unreal. cleanest place ive ever been in ....the equipment and technology was unreal.

its all there. i got a ton of pics. when i get time ill post the good ones. some will shock you of what a minor crash does to certain models where occupant protection is concerned. I was speachless. on the other hand, some faired exceptionaly well. today... the windshield didnt even break on the Xterra...an the dummy only suffered minor leg injuries.
drove the gto. awesome drive thru some nice twisties. guy in my office road with me.. we chewed up some pavement for sure... hardest ive pushed her yet...
