A steam cleaner will remove the oil. I have a consumer grade dirt devil steam cleaner and it's gets out almost anything. When my heater core went I used it on the spill and it cleaned it up like new. Honestly I didn't get to it as quickly as I should have and it had some time to set too. You just have to keep going over it until the water and foamy stuff you're sucking up looks clean. Could take a while.Tracy, 97 Formula, pretty much stock.

Simple Green applied at full strength with a water bottle. Keep spraying and blotting with paper towels. Do not rub, spray until wet and blot. Keep repeating over and over until the result is satisfactory. It may never be perfect, but you should be able to get most of it out as it was clean oil.
