Don't have the details, but the radio news had an article on the NJ Motor Vehicle Commision (MVC) now testing a small transmitter (described as "similar to EZ-Pass") that connects to the vehicle PCM and notifies the MVC immediately if you have any emissions-related codes set. You would receive a notice by mail to have the problem fixed and the vehicle retested. It was emphasized that this would NOT replace periodic emissions inspections.

They are the real polluters. Emissions restrictions are a way to control what the citizens can and can't do (well maybe California does need the restrictions their air is bad

stal clear... all in a matter of hours after the power plants went off line... people continued to drive their cars.. that's proof enough
