      WS9 is the RPO for the Formula.

      Some ram air TAs started out as Formulas, and have both codes, WS6 and WS9.

      WS4 : MODEL CONVERSION, TRANS AM
      WS6 : PERFORMANCE PACKAGE, SPECIAL
      WS9 : MODEL CONVERSION, FORMULA


      I don't recall WS9 ever being on a badge though.
