Is this CAI illegal in so Cal

I wasnt thinking when I bought this, last time I went to get my honda smogged they freaked out about my CAI,Is the BBK 50 states legal,It doesnt say anything on any of there website's

as long as the unit maintains all of the factory plug ins to the air intake unit, it will pass. point that out to them.

Actually yeah I used to get a lot of BS for intake on my honda Do to that it did not have a CARB#. I believe the BBK units are legal. Should have came with a CARB# if not call them back and ask for one. Its just a little sticker.
