Given the fact that most "Professional Products" parts are cheap Chinese rip-offs of designs copied from other US manufacturers, its not likely they spent the money required to get a CARB-EO exemption, but you might be able to find it listed there.

To be honest most smog shops dont really "look" too hard at your motor. My 95 had no airpump, aftermarket Tb and a custom tune and I still passed smog. They hooked up the OBD and tail pipe and was done in 10 min. Find a smog shop that is busy and they will get you in and out quick.
