Probelms with User CP

I can't get my user CP to work. Whenever I click on the link, it tells me:

"There seems to have been a slight problem with the F-Body Message Board database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience."

Any help would be appreciated. Thx.

Go across the top to "Quick Links" instead of User CP. You can get in that way.
