Have a 1970 Camaro, getting 15x7 & 15x8(rear) wheels, and was wondering what the largest tire sizes would be?

I think you would be hard pressed to get anything larger than a 275/60 or 275/50 on the 8" wheels. The fenderwells won't accept anything larger without serious work like mini tubs, fender rolling, etc.

stay within the design rim width for the tires, otherwise, you gain nothing.. you mushroom the tread and the tire is very unhappy....
