one of the cool parts was Sunday late afternoon. I spent a few hours napping in a hammock, there were mountain peaks all around me, a few birds making their song, a nice breeze blowing..... just awesome.
Now on the subject of traffic.
The system is broke.
Many drivers are nuts.
You would have to experience San Juan, there is no way to describe the whole traffic thing. It simply defies belief.
