          something like that happened at LVD in NY. a ricer the less, prob the frist time, he got thrown out as soon as he stopped the car.

            I saw a ricer rush back and forth over the staging area like 6 times before the tech told him to roll down his window and he walked him through the process. I would of laughed at him, but the lines were long enough that night without this newb holding things up.
