It's great to see you happy Ken. I love your Vette, it's even the right color! Very sexy car.
You sold your F-bodies and got the GTO. Then you traded the GTO for the Solstice. Now traded the Solstice for the Vette.
What did you go through mentally and emotionally with those decisions? How did you honestly feel about each car? Where are your feelings with the Corvette?
I know you loved your F-bodies and it was too bad the GTO and Solstice didn't "do it" for you. Are you "back in the saddle again" now with this Vette? I certainly hope so!Tracy

the gto just didnt corner well... great straight line car...and highway cruiser..., too much to clean... back seat was useless...
solstice turbo was fun... but the fun factor peaked and went downhill fast..
i was just trying to stay with Pontiac and make things happen..
it didnt work......
this car rocks... in all arenas...

*sigh* What a beautiful car, Ken- and I have to agree- chrome would be to gaudy, like a kid shouting 'look at me' Maybe some brushed titanium.... in keeping with the whole stealth high-performance theme. I have never really been a fan of the carbon fiber look- I understand the significance, just never seemed like something I wanted to ride around in2001 Z28 A4 - 160 deg t-stat, 3.42 gears, WS6 sway bars, rear springs and shocks, UMI SFC's, Torque Arm and STB, leather Firebird seats, Borla, SLP Y-pipe and lid, ZO6 cam and springs - 332 RWHP and 346 RWTQ, not bad for 'almost stock' - work in progress
