          Some might say it is a simple construct over history that we love dogs more than any other pet. I know quite a few dog owners who although their dogs may be an occasional pain wouldn't want to see them harmed. Why Vick did what he did is beyond me. I don't really even like dogs and it sickens me when I hear bad things happen to them.
