  • Grilltenders, Assemble!!

Well the the weather in Cali hasn't quite kept up to the calendar title of "Autumn" so i am going to keep BBQing 'til it does (and when it does, i will just move the Weber under the eves )

    Sooooo......

Question 1: How many Master BBQers do we have here?
Question 2: What is your favorite recipe?

    ~Pork SpareRibs~

1 Rack of Pork SpareRibs (membrane removed from the back of 'em) Makes all the difference!
    2 tbsp Coarse Black Pepper
    2 tbsp Coarse Salt
    2tbsp Brown Sugar
    2tbsp Paprika

Mix all dry ingredients and "rub" down the ribs with the "rub". ***Set oven to 200*F and wrap ribs in foil. Put the wrapped ribs in a lasagna dish and place in oven. Cook for 3-4 hours. Finish on grill and smother the ribs with barbeque sauce (my favorite is called Royal Razorbacks sweet and smokey. Grill no more than 10-15 mins.

***If you have a gas grill, and are able to do an indirect-heat method (outside burners on, inside ones off), it may be preferred to cook on the grill the full cooking time. In this case, maintain a 200*F temp and wrap in foil and place in middle of grill for 3-4 hours. Crank the heat to sear your BBQ sauce onto the meat at the end!

    Enjoy!
