Getting pounded in CT as well.

At least we had like two weeks in July that could have been confused for something resembling summer...

So far, we have had 35 days with the temp. above 100° this year.
        Does that resemble summer?

Why do you think I moved out of Newport, Rhode Island ! All of May and June save 3 days were rain or drizzling and if lucky overcast and it was still eternal spring as y'all described in July when I left. Perfect weather here in Ventura/Camarillo on the coast here in SoCal. Figure I'll cruise with the T-tops off to Neptune's Net there along PCH in Malibu for lunch

This is not normal for NY we are having one of the coldest/rainiest summers on record, dating back to the 1800's. 7day forcast shows rain/t-storms 4 of the days and cloud coverage all week. I dont think we've gone much over 24hours without seeing a rain drop all summer.

We've been getting crazy storms here. First we got pounded with HAIL... my worst enemy. I've only seen hail once before, probably 12 years ago. Next storm, Sunday night, 60+ mph winds, never seen anything like it in my life. Looked like huricane footage outside my window. Thousands in damage at my girlfriend's house for property damage and removal of the fallen trees. I was more fortunate. Now there's more to come for us tonight.

Yep... Same here, but I'm only about 25 miles from you...

I have only put about 1000 miles on my GTO this summer due to the crappy weather.. I have been driving my Envoy most of the time so the GTO stays clean and dry in the garage..

I havn't been driving the bird much either because my truck has much better visibility in downpours. I've only taken the tops off once this year and used the a/c in my truck once driving on I-90 on the way home from camping mainly to reduce wind noise.
