    a side view at 4900.........miles...

    time for: (drum roll) a wolfdogs zaino post!!!!!

    just hit 4900 miles.. it will be a year old in 10 days........

    oh...."side view mirror" that is.....

    see, I am a firm believer (proofs in da puddin) that multiple layers protect from fine road rash... (not rocks.. the fine stuff...).

    My side view mirrors, nose, lower quarter panels behind each wheel, and rear vertical (taillight section and rear bumper) have over 5 times as many layers of zaino on them than the rest of the car... i call these areas "high impact" because thats what they are....



    the nose ain't doin too shabby either!!!!



    guess I'll have to git me a big fat steak and celebrate when it hits 5k! :rofl:


    and NO..its not time to get another one.........

    Purdy! Mine is in getting repainted from some sort of mother nature "issue" (hail, acid rain, not really sure). $5500 I have good insurance.

        Wolfman, as always, great pics. I can't wait till my neighbors black Camaro 2SS arrives. I'll introduce him to zaino before hand to make sure he treats it right

            j/k, I know your rescue stuff keeps you busy. That car is too clean to drive- looks great- but I would be afraid to take it out and get it dirty-
            2001 Z28 A4 - 160 deg t-stat, 3.42 gears, WS6 sway bars, rear springs and shocks, UMI SFC's, Torque Arm and STB, leather Firebird seats, Borla, SLP Y-pipe and lid, ZO6 cam and springs - 332 RWHP and 346 RWTQ, not bad for 'almost stock' - work in progress
