Dang. that's hauling butt for a stock car. I'll need to up the ante on Blue Angel. I never figured 10s and 130 mph out of a production GM Corvette.

I think he put a stock C6Z06 deep into the 10s with almost identical trap speeds. I wish he gave lessons on how to get one out of the hole. He's just too good.

              Look at his 60'

Impossible without slicks...and I'm not talking about drag radials. You cannot hit 1.7 seconds on stock tires on RWD cars.

I wouldn't say that is an absolute.

They posted the video after I made my comment.

And you still can't tell if those are street tires.

it is hard to tell but those are factory wheels and they dont make dr yet for that size is my understanding.

Oh I didn't know you didn't see the video. They dont make anything but a street tire for the back of the ZR1's, 335/25-R20, afaik. He did say the track was prepped very well. They must have sprayed it with glue.

The short times are more believable when you remember the car has launch control, a specially designed suspension that senses tire spin and softens the rear suspension to allow the tires to plant and comes with specially designed tires that also allow for a better launch.
