I put in a new Walbro 255lph pump on the Buick just a month or two ago. Today...... the pump quit. Of course I just filled the tank to the top last night.

Dropped the tank and turns out the pump is fine. The wiring harness on the hanger assembly had a bad connector, swapped that out and it works. Just a PITA labor wise to fix a .25¢ part.Comment

On my 4th walbro in 5 years.
They're over rated and IMO are not a very good pump.
