Progressive rock is very hard to play as it jumps around several times during a single song. When you think of it, two prog rock bands have been around a long time and can still shred. Rush and Dream Theater.

I've seen them twice and I am planning on it again this summer as they are heading to Worcester, MA (about 2 hours from here) July 10th.

Meeting Portnoy had to be just awesome.
