I’ve been prepping my car for some local cruise-ins and wanted to share some detailing tips to keep our Camaros and Firebirds looking sharp. I’ve been using Superbright Mobile Detailing for a while, and their approach got me thinking about how to maintain that deep gloss on our rides. For paint, a good clay bar session followed by a sealant like Meguiar’s M21 works wonders on these classic curves. For wheels, I hit the barrels with a dedicated cleaner to avoid brake dust buildup, P21S gel is my go-to. Interiors can be tricky with our older vinyl; a UV protectant like 303 Aerospace keeps it from cracking. Anyone got other products or tricks they swear by for show prep? Also, how do you deal with tar spots on lower panels without scratching the paint?
