The Battle Mage Possibility
A recent Blizzard interview revealed that WoW Forever may include items capable of changing how classes are played. The clearest example is the Cold Flame Sword, a melee weapon that deals additional damage to frozen targets. When used by a mage, this weapon could create a battle mage build that combines frost abilities with close-range attacks.
Blizzard explained that more undiscovered items may be hidden throughout the game. These items could influence class choices and encourage players to experiment instead of following established builds. The most important effects may not be visible until the equipment actually drops WOW Forever Gold .
Shaman Tanks and Threat Generation
The interview also created discussion about possible shaman tank builds. A combination involving Way of Earth, taunt, and Spirit Weapons could give shamans an extremely high threat modifier. According to the discussion, this could produce a powerful threat tank with strong offensive potential.
However, this idea also raises balance concerns. If one item can give a class a major ability, it may influence whether players choose a shaman or mage. A shaman with taunt could become a viable endgame tank, while a shaman without that ability might remain limited. Blizzard must therefore balance new items carefully across PvE, PvP, and tournament content.
Players following the economy should also pay attention to future endgame gold changes. Blizzard has already mentioned that gold will be discussed further, so WOW Forever Gold may become an important topic for the community.
Horizontal Progression and Unique Gear
Blizzard’s wider goal appears to be horizontal progression. Instead of making every new item a simple power upgrade, special equipment may change how a character functions. A level 60 item could remain useful for a long period if it supports a unique playstyle AND WOW Forever Gold for Sale.
Possible examples include a battle mage, a ranged templar paladin, a witch doctor shaman, or a Druid Thorns build. These concepts are similar to systems in other games where unique items and passives encourage players to plan around unusual effects rather than raw statistics.
The game is also expected to include more than 600 new recipes across professions and level ranges. This creates additional opportunities for discovery and experimentation. Players may need to reconsider familiar paths, since old assumptions about the best items may no longer apply.
New Zones and Future Content
Blizzard said that nothing is completely off the table regarding new continents and zones. At the same time, the original continents may change on their own. Some players want areas inspired by later expansions, while others believe Eastern Kingdoms, Galumor, and locations such as the Riverglades should be expanded first.
The major takeaway is that WoW Forever may be designed to make players solve the game again. Hidden items, new recipes, and unexpected class options could create both exciting discoveries and difficult balance problems. Before players decide whether to buy WOW Forever Gold, they should understand that future systems and endgame changes may alter the value of different resources.
Community discussions may also reference the MMOEXP game marketplace, but the most important preparation remains learning item effects, testing builds, and watching Blizzard’s balance updates.
