  • Pricecheck - 2000 'hawk?

    Hi,

I'm looking into maybe picking up a 2000 Firehawk, M6, 76k miles, well equipped (power everything, TTops, etc.) ... probably relatively well taken care off (will see when I check it out sometime this week or so) ... what would be a realistic price range?

    Need more info, ...
    Trans Am or Formula?
Chrome Wheels or Painted Silver Wheels?
    Suspension options?
    Previous wrecked or racer?
Too many variables to nail a price, ..., But I'd guess in the $14-18k range.

      - Formula
      - Alloys (if it's still the original wheels, they are RPO QLC)
      - leather interior, front bucket seats
      - CD changer
      - hurst shifter
      - suspension - not sure ...

I ran it through Edmunds.com and it gave me a private party value of $13,700 and a dealer value of $15,800 with the options you listed. That was for my area, your mileage may vary.

Well ... looks like I'm gettin' it ... met up with the guy today, and apart from a couple minor things, it's in pretty good condition. Motor is running nice and smooth in idle, no rough noises or anything. Still need to check with german places whether I will have any trouble getting it registered here, but once that is confirmed, I guess I'm then owning me a Hawk ...
