          Thanks for the pics. More would be great. Im not going to say im buying it, as i have to butter up the wife some more. But, it is a good driver right? amybe 4-6 thousand a year?

              Yes its a good driver. I have driven on road trips of 6+ hours each way. I easily put 6k on it every summer. No problems on the road. The suspension is pretty stiff so its not a cadillac, but it does run the highway well and ive actually gotten over 20 mpg at 80mph with the A/C on!

              The ABS.....to be honest with you.....even prior to disabling it, it never kicked on even once. I have never slammed on the brakes hard enough on dry pavement to test it. ITs never seen the snow and its rarely in the rain, so I never missed it.

              Thomas, didnt you used to have a stroked LT1 car?

                yeah, sure did. Sold it. It was fun but I miss it alot and have always admired your car. What do you think it would run with out N2O on street tires?

                  On street tires.......its worthless at the track. The motor makes ridiculous amounts of torque, so you are literally better off launching it in 2nd gear. The clutch is very hard to feather......the SPEC stage 3 is either "on" or "off", so the launch is the limiting factor.

                  I really wouldnt know how to guess......I can tell you it traps at about 113 mph off the nitrous. In a theoretical world, its good for low 12's.

                      silver......they match the car. The rims for the slicks are polished.

                              same here. yeah, i find myself doing his poses in my mirrors. He's was jsut awesome and i hope when im his age ill be in have the shape he's in! He's the man!
