I got a Bose factory CD player from my 1994 Camaro Z-28. Not sure if that's the one you are looking for or not. You would need the stock wiring and amplifiers on the speakers to be able to use it though. The Bose system has a different plug for the speakers than the regular headunit.
Not sure how well or if it works--it hasn't been used or in the car for about 2 1/2 years. But I'd be willing to test it if you're interested.
