No, actually u cut out a piece of the drivers side splash guard... driven the car in rain and all...no probs.... I wouldnt submerge the front end..... but normal funcion , there is still enough velocity and motor head to evaporate any mist that comes through the filters...

Dont know what they will fit, they are off a 93 LT1, and I have pics on my car domain... they are PRETTY rusted. but no holes or exhaust leaks...
