I am looking for corvette wheels for cheap with or without tires. Specifically i'm looking for either the black powder coated wheels from the GS vette or the chrome five star ones from the C5.

Do a search on ebay for C5 wheel. There is always silver (not chrome) rims for under $500. ZR1 wheels, etc. aaarims.com

the tires are so not good but they would be good for doing some killer burnouts with
two are cooper cobras and the other are goodyears
