Trade my vette for your 4th gen fbody?

I have an 84 vette with 69k miles. All stock, 350, CFI, AT, all power, digital dash, decent yokos. Could use paint, pass pw motor is stuck, and needs a new fiberglass top (rock got thrown through it and I patched it with fiberglass). I am looking for a 4th gen fbody with V8. preferrably ttops and 6spd with decent mileage. I also have a 91 RS (Z28 Clone) that can go in with the deal as well. Rebuilt 350, 600 carb, T5, ttops, 4.10 posi, $700 in exhaust, hurst shifter, CF dual friction clutch. I want $5000 obo for each or will trade all for 1 awesome 4th gen fbody in $8k range.

After I take a look at the Vette, and assuming it runs okay, I'd trade it for my 95 Formula LT1 Red TTops......everything but 122k miles.....but it looks new inside and out.
