i have a set of heater/ac controls that are in good working condition. they are out of a 1994 and i have them because when i replaced my dash and air bags they came with it. i pluged them in and tried them and they worked fine. They are yours for $25.00. as far as the window and lock switches, if your covers are good but the switches them selves are bad, go to the gm dealer. i just bought yesterday a new drivers side window switch for $10.41 with tax. it was the drives side dual switch (driver and passanger cluster). no "mounting plate", just the switches. popped in in less than 2 mins right there in the parking lot
