Both are brand new and have never even been installed. Arizona Speed & Marine TB will come with gasket and bolts. The throttle bores on the intake have been machined to accept a 58mm TB.

You can have your LT1 heads machined to accept the LT4 intake. LT4's utilized a "taller" intake runner. Specifically 0.10" (2.5mm) taller. It shouldn't cost you more than $150 to have a machine shop port match your existing LT1 heads' intake runner to mate to this intake.

And yes I will make a deal if both are purchased together.

The runners on the intake manifold have been port matched to the intake runner of a stage 3 LT4 hand ported cylinder head. They are much larger than just normal intake manifold porting.
