Are the RK Sport headers smog legal?

They are midlength, but the description on their website says nothing about o2 connectors?

It does say off-road only, does that mean no smog connections?

Anybody out there have them?

I think the RKSports are very similar to the AS&Ms, so I think they have all the smog hookups. Of course, still not CARB exempt for those in CA
