Two things...I'm stumped.
One, and I'm not sure if they are related but my headlamps are screwed up. It happened when I turned on the high beams to light the road a few days ago, after I turned them off, I seemed like the passenger side lamp blew, cause the left side of the road was lit up much more. I get home and don't worry about till the morning. In the morning I remembered about the lamps and decided to take a look. I flip the switch and the passenger low beam was on, but much dimmer, yellowish brown in color. I then noticed that all except for the driver side low beam were all on and dim. The Fogs were NOT on...I turn on and off the fogs a few times, but nothing...all dim except for the driver low beam.
So I've been driving for a few days now hoping it would cure itself, it hasn't. All four lamps are on, 3 being dim and one that looks normal. What could be the problem?
Two, the SES light came on shortly after the lamp problem...I get it scanned and it says MIL Malfunction. WTF? I "search" it on yahoo and it says "Malfunction Indicator Lamp"...I erased the code, so the SES isn't on anymore, but could that be tired in with the flicked head lamps? Malfunction Indicator Lamp Malfunction? Whoa...
