Get some new rotors and pads (PowerSlot and Hawk HPS here), and get some brake cleaner and LockTite.
Secure front of car on jack stands.
Remove front wheel.
Have a box to rest caliper on, or use wire clothes hanger.
Remove caliper from mounting bracket, and place it so that it is not hanging by brake line.
Take off old rotor.
Spray hub and new rotor down with brake cleaner.
Put on new rotor.
Take out old pads from caliper.
Take cap off brake master cylinder.
Use a large C-clamp and block of wood to compress caliper piston.
Spray caliper down with cleaner.
Install new pads.
Reinstall caliper and pads over new rotor, using LockTite on the caliper bolts.
Reinstall wheel.
Repeat on other side, then put cap back on master cylinder.
Did I forget anything???

remove the 2 allen screws that hold on the caliper.
If the rotor has been off before, it will just slide off the spindle. If it hasn't, there will be 2 retainer clips on 2 of the 5 wheel studs. You'll have to take the clips off.2002 Electron Blue Vette, 1SC, FE3/Z51, G92 3.15 gears, 308.9 RWHP 321.7 RWTQ (before any mods), SLP headers, Z06 exhaust, MSD Ignition Wires, AC Delco Iridium Spark Plugs, 160 t-stat, lots of ECM tuning
