I've searched google/yahoo and found nothing... I beat the casino (item winners) is going to hold out. I'm sure it's nowhere near $7,600.

There’s a sucker born every minute. The guy stated in some of his other auctions that he and his wife are broke, and he was trying to raise money on Ebay. So you know that they most likely don‘t have anything of real value to sell, or he would have already sold it. I have to admit though, it’s a good scam. A good majority of the world’s population are naïve, and just can’t resist a good mystery. Also who would want to tell every one that they paid good money, and got suckered, for a certificate that says “You are a good person for helping us out with our finances", which is what I think it is. You would think that Golden Palace Casinos would be able to know a scam when they see it.
I will be surprised if they ever tell what it is.

Check out the bid history-there are 15 that are cancelled, probably because they had less than a 20 feedback score, regardless of whether or not the person had a quick paying history. 5 cancellations had 0 feedback, and 3 had only 1. One person that had 5 in feedback, bid $99,9999,999.00, and he cancelled them, undoubtedly because of the low feedback score, since he stated that a requirement to bid was a 20 or more in feedback. In fact, a good number of the cancelled ones are bids higher than the final bid.

I checked out some of the other things that the winning bidder, Golden Palace Casinos, bought off of Ebay, by checking their feedback page:
