the friggin battery went dead... and I know why..left headlight motor is going..I think it caused a drain. when i tried to start it..and got the notorious "click click click"...and turned the key off... the motor went rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrr

i unpluged the juice to now.

but the battery, as you know, is on the right, the Hawk is pulled in the garage nose first... the battery on the Envoy is on the left........ cables wouldnt reach and i had lent my charger to my neighbor who didnt return it yet..and ........he was not home

so...

heck with it....till ........whenever.. LOL

i got a new headlight motor in the hatch..just aint put it on yet

Is that the original battery? Your lucky it isn't leaking acid by now.

On a side note, I've had new motor gears sitting in the garage for two years. I just don't drive it at night to really make me do the upgrade. I just keep the motor harness unplugged.

Ken, you need a battery in a box. That is one of those portable jump starters. Basically a self contained rechargable battery and cables that you can take anywhere. I've had one for a few years and don't know what I ever did without it. You can even run DC accessories via the lighter socket.
