He "feathered" the clutch too much to where it wasn't gripping the flywheel enough to turn it, just rub the clutch on it. At that high of an RPM that'll kill a clutch in no time. i thought you couldn't smell clutches burning that was just a great myth ? just question so i don't look dumb if someone says they smell clutch burning and i say no that's not possible. Also, I can't believe that that just made my day worse back to homework.
