People that do that crap should be bound at the hands and feet, slathered with blood and gravy and thown into a pen with some angry, hungry wolves. Then again, filth like that may make the animals sick, nah..let's just leave 'em in a room with the wolfman and his various bladed instruments. As an animal lover, that just infuriates me to no end. How can it be legal to harm animals like that when we laws against owners doing it to their pets? I didn't watch the video, as the description was horrid enough. I can't believe people can be so greedy and vain. J Lo should be tied to a chair and made to watch that video over and over again until she either vomits all over herself or renounces her stance that wearing the fur of innocent and defenseless animals is ok. The same goes for anyone who wears fur with indifference to the suffering that their sense of fashion causes. I signed the petition and from this point forward, will not be spending a dime toward anything that has to do with Jennifer Lopez.

Although this is quite a disturbing picture, that is a fox not a baby wolf. These are the kind of tactics PETA uses in order to jerk at peoples heart strings and wallets....... in order to gain monetary donations.


They dont use the money against the fur farms who raise these animals. The fur farming industry has plenty of money to keep doing what they want to do. The people who like to wear fur probably always will. Meanwhile everybody keeps funding PETA who builds a huge bank account ........in order to someday take away your dogs and cats.

Bottom line is the sicko's in the fur industry themselves.........

I'm no fan of PETA, due to some of the reasons that wolfman posted, and others. I do not support their efforts, as they have some radicals within their ranks and do not do anything to punish them when they go out and do the stupid stuff they do. I'm sorry, but pouring paint on people's fur coats will do nothing but get you killed. It's not a statement against the industry, it is destruction of personal property. God forbid I ever hear of them raising issues about leather seats and motorcycle leathers. I'm sure they have in the past, but you don't hear of it anymore. Why? Well logic will answer that; probably half of the cars on the road have leather seats and people love them and would turn on PETA in an instant if they tried to lobby to take them away. If there were no motorcycle leathers, there would be a huge pile of dead bodies as there is no other substance, not even synthetic, that can withstand the rash like leather can.

HOWEVER...

I watched about 15 seconds of that video and had to cut it off. Horrible acts. I can't believe that any human could do that to one of God's creatures.

But PETA is going after the wrong people. Going after the consumer does not solve the problem. First of all, you can never get the message to everybody, so there will always be a consumer to purchase the product. Second, some people just don't give a crap like we do. They see all animals as there for our pleasure, and what we do to them has no effect on their life or their conscience. I mean, they hang skinned dogs in China markets so you can buy, cook, and eat them.

PETA needs to go after the government. If this is happening in China, go after the Chinese government to make and enforce laws to prevent this from happening. There are humane ways to get animal skins, and trying to make people not buy a product just because one big supplier does somethings that we would never accept in this country does not give them the right to paint all suppliers the same way. There are suppliers that follow the laws, whether they be from government, or of their own conscience. Instead of being against ALL furs, why not enact a system to where all furs have to have a place of origin on them? Then the consumer can see where the humane furs come from and buy them instead of condoning these dispicable acts.

The days of wearing fur skin coats to survive the winter were over hundreds of years ago, there are all kinds of coats that don't require killing an inocent animal for just it's fur.
