ok so i got code 1641 and 1642, i replace 2 of the 3 relays, they only had 2 in stock. so i figured that would solve the problem, nope it didnt. of course not. so would anyone know what else i should check?

Did you check the fuse that supplies the +12V to the relay control signal?Fred

One of the problems with starting a new thread, when you already have a 15-post thread on pretty much the same question really isn't the best way to go. And, adding info after the fact.... fuses checked.... isn't helpful either, because people waste time suggesting things you already looked at.
