i am triyng to replace all the speakers in my car and i cant get the door skin on the inside to come off, i got all the little clips undone, and took out 3 differnent screws but i cant find how to get the whole thing to get off it looks like the lock rod is in the way? any suggestions?

The door lock rod. just push it back it snaps in it is real fun to get back in
