If there really are guardian angels, if there is a god- what's the right way to go about worshipping him, can a divine entity really intervene with human life, etc. At least that's how i was looking at it.

Not everyone wonders this though but a lot do. I've met plenty of very religious people that came to question their religion at some time in their life. People like my grandma are 100% sure of the existance of a higher power and divine intervention. My great grandpa was from Sweden so we called him "The Viking". He was agnostic or an atheist or whatever label you prefer. He didn't believe in god. A month or two after he died, my grandma was at a chuch service and she claims that before the service really began (people were still finding seats and such), the priest said "The viking spirit is in the hands of god". That just strengthened her already firm belief.

I don't see why this is still an issue. Two people said they believed in god (Todd didn't say it directly but it's obvious), i said i didn't.

It never had to be an issue, but in my oppinion you made it an issue when out of nowhere you said "Lol, not anyother religous debate." That's a lame comment, it makes it look like you are laughing at the fact that people are religous. He said he was religous and you busted out with the "lol's" it just struck me as rude, sorry if I miss understood. It just would have made more sense to me if you were just like 'yeah, he just got lucky' instead of starting, which you supposedly didn't want, another 'religous' debate. Seems like you took an oportunity to make sure everyone knew you thought the idea of god was absurd. But whatever, I guess I just miss understood.
