  • NFB Spring is almost here

It hit 45 today in Chicago and it pretty much melted away all the snow (it snowed 2 times last week). I decided to take the cover off the car and pull her out of the garage for the first time since November 15th. This is the first time my car has seen daylight in over 4 months.

    Good 'ol # 212

As you can see my track numbers are still on my car since October when I went to Great Lakes Raceway with some of the guys on this board.

5 more days to go, but I don't think it's gonna get any nicer. Chicago is known for it's unpredictable weather in Spring. I remember on April 13, 2001 it snowed over 4 inches. There's a saying for meteoroligists; if you can predict the weather in Chicago, you'd be a millionare.

I have family in sugar grove, I think that is somewhere around there. That polish on your car gives it a 75% chance to look better then any other black car on the road. What's up with your forums man? I tried checking them tonight and it wouldn't let me.

Like Dracula seeing the light of day. Winter sucks here in PA also. My bear remains in the cave; too many stones on the road from winter. A few April showers will give way to me assulting the neighborhood with the LM. Can't wait

It was in the 80's here a few days ago. 40's today. Our winter was very mild.

Madison Wi. was still cold today.

The good news is that I am getting a ton done on my basement project without the car to distract me. I'm finishing off a bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. I've got the walls all studded in and am working on heating/plumbing/electrical.

I wish it was warm here, i've got this huge pile of parts to install on the car and no car to install them on. I'll probably have the basement ready for drywall by the time it warms up enough to go get the car.

It does. It's only on the windshield. All you need is a razor and it comes right off.
