  • ZO6 Wheels VS. ZR1 Wheels

For a while there I had my mind set on polished ZR1 wheels. I was positive that I wanted to go with polished instead of chrome and I knew that it was going to look good on my black car. After going to buy them, I noticed that the seller on ebay didn't have the right size that I wanted, but they had the polished ZO6 wheels in the size that I want. Which set of wheels do you guys think will look better on my black 1993 formula, the ZO6's or the ZR1's? If I do get the ZO6's should I get them in polished aluminum or chrome? How hard would it be to polish the ZO6's? Here are some pics of the Z06's on black firebirds.

I'm a fan of polished wheels.

You can buy Z06 wheels already polished or chromed. Check out ebay. There are always a ton on there.

I like the "simpler" look of the polished ZR1's on a dark Formula....

The SS was produced by SLP whereas the WS6 was not.

bzzzzt. up until 97, the WS6 was produced by SLP. They just weren't numbered editions like the SS and Firehawk.

Hmmm are you sure JOE??? I was under the impression that SLP never made the WS6 and thats was why they recieved no SLP badging anywhere on the car. I thought some company called ASC or something like that made em.
